Tanning Bed Warranty Policies and Procedures
Important Notice: The following are not actual warranties, but detailed descriptions of our warranty policies and procedures. Certain exclusions and disclaimers may apply to these descriptions. These policies and procedures are subject to change at any time and without notice. Each tanning bed warranty is given to the original consumer only and terminates upon any transfer of ownership. Commercial applications are excluded from all warranty.
LABOR WARRANTY
- Labor is described as the work completed by a technician. MANUFACTURER will be responsible for the costs associated for labor for all warranty repairs for six (6) months from the original date of purchase.
- THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN TO THE ORIGINAL CONSUMER AND TERMINATES UPON TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP.
- It is the responsibility of the tanning bed owner to ensure that the tanning bed is accessible for repairs. MANUFACTURER is not responsible for any cost associated with making tanning bed accessible for repairs. If parts are required for repair, MANUFACTURER is not responsible for the cost of shipping of parts under the terms of this warranty agreement. The MANUFACTURER relies upon the consumer and service technician to assist in warranty. It is under the MANUFACTURER�S sole discretions as to whether a technician is required for replacement of defective parts. If the owner chooses to use a technician not pre- approved by MANUFACTURER, the owner is responsible for all expenses incurred.
- WARRANTY
- Structure is defined as any metal component used in the frame of the tanning bed. MANUFACTURER will be responsible for the cost of any replacement part for the life of the tanning bed.
- THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN TO THE ORIGINAL CONSUMER AND TERMINATES UPON TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP.
- COMPONENTS WARRANTY
- The components may be defined as the electrical items. The MANUFACTURER warrants all components to be free from defect in material and workmanship for ten (10) years.
- If parts are required for repair, MANUFACTURER is not responsible for the cost of shipping of parts under the terms of this warranty agreement.
- THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN TO THE ORIGINAL CONSUMER AND TERMINATES UPON TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP.
- ANY RESIDENTIAL TANNING BEDS USED FOR COMMERCIAL APPLICATIONS SHALL VOID ALL WARRANTIES.
- EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY.
- ANY DAMAGES INCURRED TO TANNING BED COMPONENTS DURING ROUTINE MAINTNENCE OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PARTS WILL NOT BE COVERED BY THE WARRANTY.
- This is including, but not limited to, damage to acrylic, tanning bed cover, and acrylic strips during lamp replacement.
- Any parts damaged during shipping, not noted on the freight bill at the time of receipt, will be replaced at the owner�s expense.
- MANUFACTURER is not responsible for the cost of shipping of parts under the terms of this warranty agreement.
- Disclaimer:
- The liability of the Manufacturer under this limited warranty, of any, shall not exceed the original amount paid for the original product. Tanning bed owner is required to provide adequate access to the tanning bed for any repair or inspection.
- Under no circumstances shall we or any of our representatives be held liable for injury to any person or damage to any property, however arising.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have no other rights. No agent, dealer, Service Company, or other parts representative is authorized to change, modify, or extend the terms of this warranty in any manner what so ever
