TO FILL OUT AND SUBMIT A FINANCING APPLICATION
- Select the text tool in the upper left corner
- Place the cursor in each field, type in your information, then move the cursor to the next field and repeat (Leave the top 2 sections blank - Merchant & Financing Information)
- When the form is complete, Save & Download PDF using the green button on the left
- Once you have saved and downloaded the completed application, email it as an attachment to [email protected]
- Please allow 24 - 48 hours for application to be processed
