Brand New Vinyl Club Car DS 2000+
Golf Cart Enclosure
Club Car manufacturers a DS model golf cart. The DS 2000+ designates carts manufactured in 2000 and newer. There are some differences between the DS 2000+ and the DS Pre-2000 models.
The best way to determine if your cart is a DS 2000+ is by looking at the roof struts. The roof struts for the DS 2000+ are black and the roof struts for the DS Pre-2000 are aluminum. Also, on the DS Pre-2000 there is an additional windshield support that connects the windshield to the cart body. The DS 2000+ does not have this additional support.
Our original fabric - Marine Grade Vinyl - is an extremely durable fabric that is virtually impossible to tear. It is a "rip-stop" fabric. It is the least expensive choice of fabric in our line - but don't let the price fool you. Being our very first product fabric - this vinyl looks great and lasts a long time!
